Early life and education:
Vani was born and raised in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She completed her post-secondary studies at the age of 16.
She chose post-secondary studies at Osmania University, Hyderabad. She completed her electrical engineering. She got her bachelor's degree in the year 1980. After getting the degree, she went to Arizona State University in the United States for a master of Engineering.
Vani had various hobbies that were the reason she was formerly known as an avid hiker, dog lover & runner. In the 2000s, she also ran marathons and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
She had an interest in the technology firms in India. Her company, Kalaari Capital was funded by more than 50 companies in India in the e-commerce, Mobile Services, Education, and Healthcare sectors.
She invested her money in e-commerce, mobile services, education & healthcare.
