Mesh, a Performance management startup has raised $11 million in Series A funding. This funding round was led by RTP Global.
The fresh funding capital will be utilized in enabling Mesh to focus on building a global team for further expansion in the US market and APAC markets.
The HR-tech startup, Mesh was co-founded by Gaurav Chaubey, Saurabh Nangia, and Rahul Singh in the year 2020. The company has observed 16 times growth in revenue generation since it was founded.
The startup facilitated its employees to manage goals, share feedback, and run one-on-ones. Companies are forced to administer traditional performance reviews that rely on top to bottom feedback.
The startup has deployed 50 employees across four countries. They provide the offerings like equity ownership, unlimited time offs, learning allowances etc.
